**What you will be doing**
- Review and redesign supplier menus to create seamless and intuitive online experience for our customers
- Review menus/items with the view of ensuring accurate dietary information
- Suggest new products and items that will improve suppliers online presence and increase revenue
- Sit in our customers shoes to dissect their online experience when browsing and purchasing through supplier menus with the goal of reducing friction, improving information symmetry and increasing purchase volume.
- Work closely with our menu upload team to review their work, provide feedback and advise on how menus/items should be configured.

**Your Profile**

Skills/Experience
- Previous food, hospitality or events experience
- Sound understanding of food, nutrition, cultural and dietary requirements
- Strong written and verbal english communication skills
- Strong time management skills and initiative
- Sound judgment and decision making skills with the ability to resolve minor problems
- Ability to liaise effectively with food/event suppliers
- You have strong attention to detail
- Technically savvy - ability to understand and use technology with ease and speed

- Self-motivated, a self-starter, highly organised, able to respond quickly to needs, get stuff done and delight customers
- You back yourself - you're curious and a fast learner, who is not afraid to make informed decisions
- You think outside of the box and use creative problem-solving skills to navigate through challenges

Nice to have
- Previous experience with an electronic menu management system
