**The organisation**
The client is an internationally recognised specialist medical education institution that is responsible for the training, examinations, specialist qualification and continuing professional development of specialists in Australia and New Zealand.
**The role**
Reporting to the Training, Accreditation and Communications Officer, you will be providing administrative support to the training program, which will include the coordination of the weekly tutorial program for the trainees.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and review general inbox for team
- Edit and review recordings and uploading onto learning management system
- Review data in the ePortfolio to identify gaps and errors in accuracy.
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a supportive team
