**What this opportunity involves**:
Working onsite with one of JLL’s major client accounts, the Workplace Services Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests. This role maintains smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards.
**Snapshot of the role**:
Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guests.
Provide access passes to employees and visitors in accordance with process.
Run stock take of stationary cupboards for each level, order and restock as required
Work collaboratively with the Workplace team to ensure that required client communications are delivered with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist various contractors with access throughout the tenancy as directed by the Workplace or Facility Manager
Manage the booking, setting, and refreshing of client meeting and event spaces
Assist with subtenant requests, access, room bookings and for anything further refer to JLL subtenant representative
Work closely with our National Occupancy Team, helping when required to source data, complete audits or conduct small adhoc team moves within the business
To succeed in this role you will be enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about representing the client and their visitors. You will be able to meet tight schedules while delivering high quality work as well as having great communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the Hospitality or Corporate sector or related professional area.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
