**My Gateway** are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual keen to get started in a** Part Time** Business Administration Traineeship within a medical clinic in Gledswood Hills. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.

This is a part time role Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 5pm.

**During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include**:

- Patient check in and check out
- Billing EFT transactions
- Processing Medicare claims
- Learn practice management software
- Booking calendar appointment
- Records management
- Issue invoices
- Answer the phone and chase results on request for doctors
- Managing patient files
- General ADHOC duties

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Willingness to learn

- Great attention to detail
- Team Player
