**The Opportunity**:
We are on the hunt for a talented writer with a warm personality and a pro-active approach. As our new Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will be based in our Melbourne office and enjoy the flexibility to work both in the office and from home
The role will suit a confident and enthusiastic individual wanting to foster professional growth under the mentorship of our experienced, fun-loving team. While this position is based in Melbourne, the successful applicant will collaborate with colleagues across Australia and with our international team at Cistri.

**You will**:

- Draft, edit and coordinate content for publishing on our external and internal channels.
- Develop and coordinate scheduling and publishing of social media content on Urbis and Cistri accounts.
- Coordinate content for Urbis and Cistri websites, including scheduling and publishing new content.
- Support coordination and maintenance of our CRM (Client Relationship Management) marketing databases, including data entry and research.
- Coordinate marketing collateral to support Urbis sponsorships and events.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Marketing or similar
- 1+ years marketing experience, ideally in B2B environment
- Experience writing and editing content aligned to brand and writing style guides.
- Experience working with and coordinating marketing activity with Microsoft office tools especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Planner (similar to Trello)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertise, Google AdWords, and/or Photoshop a bonus
