We're looking for a **Marketing and Communications Coordinator **to join our Victorian Business Services Team.

You’ll support the development and delivery of our marketing and communications activities and build on GHD’s strong brand and industry reputation, and you’ll engage with smart, dedicated and passionate people to design and coordinate our Victoria Region’s marketing and communications calendar, from unique client events to internal people engagement activities.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Producing sharp narratives and engaging communications pieces for internal and external audiences
- Developing, monitoring and evaluating content and activity on various communications channels
- Developing and supporting marketing and communication campaigns
- Preparing a range of external marketing collateral
- Coordinating and planning internal and external events

**What you will bring to the team**:

- A degree in marketing or communications and between 3 & 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly developed writing and editing skills
- Experience in developing and deploying employee engagement communications
- Experience in external marketing strategies that elevate brand and reputation
- Event management experience (including virtual and in-person activities)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence in influencing and supporting key internal stakeholders
