**What will I be responsible for?**
- understanding client needs and defining technical requirements;
- you will ‘lead from the front’ and design and deliver complex technical solutions
- you will define these technical solutions in the context of the client’s IT infrastructure, their IT policies and data standards, and collaborate with the client’s IT team
- you will understand and help evolve our AI & Analytics offerings.

**What experience will I need?**
- In addition, you may well have have significant financial sector industry experience as consultant, and you’ll be used to working with senior stakeholders within our clients to elicit, understand and deliver against their business needs and within their constraints.
- Your experience will include integration architecture and you will have taken your design decisions through the full cycle to successful production usage.
- In this job you will need to have significant knowledge of relevant artificial intelligence and advanced analytics methods such as machine learning, data mining, as well as experience of data ingestion and data quality management.
- You will have at least a Bachelors degree (preferably Master degree).**What key skills will I need?**

Sound working experience with Azure technologies, for example: designing and implementing CI/CD for Synapse, AKS (Kubernetes), Logging and Monitoring, Azure DevOps & Jenkins, CI/CD for AML (Machine Learning), Datalake on ADLS Gen 2, Azure Batch, Azure security best practices, Application Development, Software Architecture (Python, (py)Spark), Azure VM & Scale sets, Azure Services Administration.**What ideal experience within the financial sector will I have?**

Preferably, experience in consulting, including and especially with line-of-business stakeholders to discuss scalable solutions to significant business problems.
- Ability to define and present AI / analytics solutions, including documenting level of effort and risks as input to commercial proposals.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen, including demonstrated ability to present complex ideas to business stakeholders in a compelling way.
- Strong technical expertise for example in areas such as predictive analytics, decision optimisation, machine learning / data mining.**What must I have?**

Australian Citizenship or Australian Residency is needed for this role.
