**The Role**

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day co-ordination, allocation, scheduling, completion, and grid-connection of Origin residential Solar PV Field Services including service repair & warranty work.

You’ll be communicating with customers directly to manage all pre
- and post-Field Services workflows, enquiries, and information validation requirements.

Additionally, you’ll be expected to make decisions, which impact the customer outcome and play a vital link in managing the end-to-end sale to Field Services process and support the operational requirements through the development, and growth of the Origin residential portfolio.

**About you**
- Prior experience in customer service or an operations environment demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstratable experience as a customer champion and ability to work in a highly compliance driven team.
- Extensive administrative skills and intermediate use of MS Office Suite
