You will join the Field Services team, who support the clean energy transformation by mobilising installation partners to install our new solar and battery offering in residential homes.

In this role, you will support the delivery of Solar and battery compliance and control management and NPS improvement.
- Monitor daily and weekly Service Level Agreements with Vendor and manage weekly operational meetings
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the vendor
- Identify and execute process improvement activities
- Act as the conduit between the Field services team and the wider business
- Process service orders, purchase orders and invoicing

**What we’re looking for**

To be successful in this role you will have experience in an operational role within the energy sector ideally with Virtual Power Plant (VPP) with a solar service provider.
- A track record of delivering results in dynamic and changing business environment
- Experience in project management in a multi-vendor environment
- Management of risks and implementation of controls
- Ability to build effective relationships, influence and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve support and deliver desired outcomes
