**Marketing Specialist - Chermside, QLD**
Kogan People Solutions are working with a successful franchising group behind an established and popular restaurant brand with over 40+ outlets across Australia, based in Chermside, QLD. This is a great business, rapidly expanding year on year.
Our client builds brands that offer food and beverage options that are affordable, fresh and fun, providing opportunities to socialise and eat out in a fresh, colourful and vibrant interior.
**About the role**:
Our client seeks to appoint a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Specialist to support their first-rate marketing activities and ensure that their brand stays fresh and interesting. The position will support company management and work responsibilities will include CRM based software, marketing, communications, and event activities. This role is full-time and on-going.
**Location**:Chermside, QLD
**Salary**:Negotiable in the range of $70k to $80k plus superannuation per annum
**As part of your role, you will be responsible for**:
- Identification of markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities for the business’s offerings.
- Identification and exploration of consumer habits including customer profiling.
- Holding responsibility for end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management.
- Management of all digital marketing collateral across the business’s websites, social media, and other digital platforms as well as the business’s vibrant hospitality presence.
- Coordination of outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials.
- Working with the data management systems to ensure updated data is available for management and decision making in relation to ongoing marketing activities.
- Provision of advice and reporting to management in relation to marketing activities including all areas of promotion, pricing and placement across the brands.
**To be successfully considered we will look for the following attributes and skills**:
- A bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant discipline although a substantial professional career (5+ years) will be considered favourably.
- At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the production of marketing collateral relevant to the clients’ and its offer in the hospitality sector.
- High level analytical skills and solid understanding of the fast-developing AI sector as it applies to this industry.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of the main desktop publishing software suites and CRM solutions.
- Unrestricted working rights for full time employment in Australia.
