**Job description**:
**The Opportunity**

On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong or Richmond we are looking for APS4 Project Support Officers. There are multiple positions available for 12- month assignments. The Project Support Officers will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, $43.82 per hour plus super.

The Support Officers will play a key role in ensuring the business and staff are ready to transition in a new strategy that will aim to improve the client experience.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Providing project administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assisting with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
- Assisting and supporting regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.
- Building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Managing, collating, interpreting, and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.

**To be considered you will demonstrate**:

- Previous experience in a similar role with strong administration experience
- Good understanding and experience using variety of systems/platforms
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and in virtual team environment.
