**We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced Allied Health Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Sweet Paeds Therapy**

Sweet Paeds Therapy is a family-centred private allied health practice providing occupational therapy services to children and their families in Pakenham and surrounds. Our wonderful team of therapists are passionate, motivated and positive, and provide best practice care for each and every family. Services provided include (but are not limited to); assessments, therapy intervention, group therapy programs, and family support within the clinic and the community.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person with exceptional organisational skills and strong customer focus to join our team.

**The Role**:This position will be the first point of contact for our practice and therefore **requires strong customer service skills**.

At Sweet Paeds Therapy, we support each other. Therefore teamwork is highly valued and so the ability to work in with a team, take direction, assist colleagues and delegate during busy times are important skills to have and be able to demonstrate.

- have experience in appointment scheduling and management with strong computer literacy skills
- can prioritise work and able to work autonomously
- are well presented, punctual and are flexible in working hours

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming clients and families to the practice
- Managing patient bookings
- Organising and confirming funding
- Taking payment, sending invoices and issuing receipts
- Formatting and sending patient correspondence
- Ordering stock required for the clinic and therapists
- Reconciling accounts
- Performing other duties as required

Desired experience & attributes;
- Experience in an allied health practice
- Experience with the NDIS
- Skills in social media/marketing
- Experience using Cliniko Practice Management Software

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22.8 per week
