Job Summary
We are currently looking for a bright enthusiastic experienced Medical Receptionist to join our practice.

It is a casual Position spread over 3 to 4 days with additional hours required to fill for sick leave or Annual Leave.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Training will NOT BE PAID
  • Experience in MEDICAL reception/administration desirable but not required
  • Experience with Best Practice software highly desirable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • MUST BE flexible with work hours
  • Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Well presented
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Confident and energetic
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
  • Great team working skills with the ability to selfdirect
  • Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager
The Successful applicant would be required to start training immediately.

Salary :
$22 $23 depending on experience.
No weekend loading.
