**About the Role**:
An opportunity to develop your career within the manufacturing industry at our Kadina site on a 12-month contract. Working 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 1.30 pm on Fridays. The focus of this role is to assist our supported employees in achieving their workplace goals within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

- working closely with our supported employees
- maintaining a high-level of safety in all areas
- monitoring and managing quality control
- ensuring production timelines and KPIs are met
- completing daily checks on machinery and other general housekeeping
- assisting in other areas of the business where required

**About You**:
Other skills and qualities include:

- computer skills, including the ability to use Outlook, Word, and Excel
- understanding, patience, and empathy
- general production or manufacturing skills
- the ability to work with people with disability

For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated:

- a National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
- a current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- evidence of right to work in Australia
- evidence of FULL vaccination with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, or an acceptable exemption
