TEN Recruitment are working with one of Perth’s leading residential home builders now have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a friendly, professional and experienced Administrator to join a well known and reputable company. This is a varied and interesting role, supporting many areas of the business.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in Osborne Park.

Your new role would see you:

- Complete a range of administration duties
- Support Managers with various admin tasks as required
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Prepare, organise and distribute notes and fields as required
- Data entry tasks as required
- Enter scan and save documentation into the system
- Assist various teams in the business as required including bookings, communicating and preparing quotes
- Relief reception duties and meeting and greeting visitors as required
- Previous experience in administration roles
- Demonstrated IT competency
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Qualification in administration (preferred)
- Construction industry experience (ideal)
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Professional and well presented
- Excellent face to face, telephone and written communication skills
