**The opportunity**

It's an exciting time to be joining QBE's Managed Fund Claims (Worker's Compensation). As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching, and coordination for a team of Case Managers and specialists. You will provide advice to the team on claims management, legislation, and quality, whilst leading the team in achieving individual and team performance targets.

**Your new role**
- Supervise the quality management of all claims with the team
- Plan, manage and review team performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify training needs, assist in facilitating appropriate support and provide coaching/mentoring
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, industry and ethical standards

**About you**
- Extensive experience in a workers' compensation claims role or"similar"role"
- Broad knowledge of workers compensation laws and compliance obligations with a core focus on legislative knowledge and work capacity decisions
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Case Manager coaching, decision making and technical claims management.
- Excellent people, communication, written, and networking skills.
- A person-centred approach to customer service and people management.
