**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Director of the Professional Standards Office (PSO), the primary objective of the Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator will be two-fold. First and foremost, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing a busy diary and organising regular travel arrangements. Secondly, you will provide support to the greater team with day-to-day activities, as well as managing the overall administration of the office.

**Duties**:

- Manage diary and travel for the Director
- Draft and prepare correspondence and documentation, including minute taking on behalf of Director
- Prepare case notes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain printed materials
- Document formatting

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong administrative background with previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- High level of verbal and written and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- High level organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Respectful attitude
- Integrity including ethical decision-making, confidentiality and discretion
