**About the Opportunity**:
We're seeking a skilled **Accounts and Lease Administrator** to join us in optimizing our Victorian Asset Management mixed-use property portfolio. Reporting into the Head of Asset Management, this role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of lease administration processes, stakeholder management, invoicing and process enhancement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise advanced Excel skills to assist in preparation of budgets, outgoings, and reconcile arrears.
- Collaborate with Trust Accountants to maintain precise budget coding.
- Centralise lease expiry tracking and renewal processes.
- Liaise with legal practitioners to prepare and finalise lease documents.
- Ensure lease compliance and timely execution of documentation.
- Manage sales data reporting and update spreadsheets for review.
- Maintain data integrity within Cirrus8 and generate insightful reports.
- Assist in new lease deals and manage communication with authorities.
- Ensure efficient invoicing processes and timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records in Property Management database and SharePoint systems.
- Manage bank guarantee and insurance tracking registers.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of property managements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Legal, or related field (preferred but not essential.)
- Experience in lease administration or property management (preferred but not essential.)
- Experience with Property Management Software such as Cirrus8 (preferred but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and database management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
