Multiple well reputed clients seeking high level HR People Partners / Senior People Advisors to join their teams for short term temp assignments

We are working alongside multiple well reputed clients seeking high level HR People Partners / Senior People Advisors to join their teams for short term temp assignments of 4 - 6 months with the potential to extend.

Location - Perth CBD and Wangara

Duration
- Initially 4 - 6-month temp assignment (no annual leave or sick leave accrual)

Pay rate - $60 - $65ph + super

Hours - Full time hours, Monday - Friday

The key focus of these positions is providing expert strategic and technical human resource advice, also accountable for supporting operational leaders on complex people matters whilst liaising with the Centre of Excellence.

Some key Responsibilities:

- Proactively engages and builds operational partnerships with the business to support and implement workforce development plans and activities, resulting in a reduction in vacancies and staff turnover.
- Coach and advise leaders on matters relating to performance improvement and workplace behaviours, assisting leaders with the development of performance improvement plans and informal performance improvement processes.
- Promote the continuous development of a workforce that actively nurtures the culture to assist in retaining employees.
- Continuous reduction in unplanned absenteeism as a reflection of a connected and invested workforce and positive employee experience.
- Provide advice on the interpretation of enterprise agreements, modern awards and employment contracts.
- Manage the implementation of projects, processes and systems into the business working closely with People Partnering and relevant People & Safety sections
- Maintains compliant work practices in accordance with relevant legislation, ways of working, record keeping frameworks and all other policies, processes and procedures.
- Employee and line manager issues resolved within identified KPI's.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum three years working at an Advisor / Business Partner level providing generalist HR advice within an organisation or equivalent (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in HRM or equivalent (essential)
- Experience analysing data for trends to identify potential risks and opportunities (essential)
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the ability to influence to drive results. (essential)
- Uses 'coaching' behaviours rather than 'doing' to drive sustainable change (essential)
