**Job Title: GMDH Streamline Consultant**
**Location: Sydney, Australia (Remote with occasional travel)**

We are a small, dynamic consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in the implementation and customization of ERP and supply chain management solutions. Our team of experts has extensive experience in various enterprise systems, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, and Odoo. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible results for our clients by understanding their needs, identifying pain points, and offering tailored solutions using cutting-edge platforms like GMDH Streamline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand and assess client needs and pain points in relation to supply chain processes
- Map client requirements to the key features of the GMDH Streamline platform
- Conduct product demos, effectively summarizing key points and answering customer inquiries
- Complete proof of concept projects using GMDH Streamline and Excel connectors
- Assist clients in importing their data into GMDH Streamline using various platform connectors
- Provide timely support to clients through our helpdesk system
- Create quick video tutorials using tools such as Loom or Screencastify
- Implement GMDH Streamline solutions for customers within a 4-6 week timeframe, including configuring connectors and validating data accuracy
- Collaborate with supply chain managers to clean up data as needed
- Work within client time zones (Australia and NZ) and attend regular meetings with vendors in different time zones (NY, USA and Germany)
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Analytics, Business Analysis, or a related field
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and enterprise systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, etc.)
- Proficiency in GMDH Streamline, including core features and functionality
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively in different time zones and with international clients
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or onsite work as needed
- Must be located in Australia
