The primary responsibility of Supply Chain Analyst is to play an active role in developing and implementing a supply chain in-country strategy with plans to support the transition to a standalone company.

After separation, this role is responsible for overseeing and managing in-country overall supply chain strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

The scope of the role encompasses, but is not limited to

  • Supply Chain ERP implementation and cut over with BD
  • Incountry 3PL onboard for warehousing, brokerage, and transportation
  • Establish Incountry supply chain business processes and ensure legal, regulatory and customer needs has been met
  • Project Management and Execution, supporting the spin
  • Process excellence and Supply Chain cost reduction
  • Supply Chain Data Analytics and Governance
The Supply Chain Analyst reports directly to the Senior Manager, Logistics & Trade Compliance, Asia.


The incumbent will create and set the strategy for how the supply chain will support country sales while minimizing total cost to serve.

He/she is responsible for developing a strategy on how embecta interacts with its customers and play a critical role in channel strategy by influencing business decision within country.

The position is subsequently responsible for driving that strategy across all functions. This role will be based in country.
