About your role
- Collect, reconcile, analyse & transact inventory positions related to supply processes whilst providing recommendations for improvements and increased efficiency
- Managing generalist end-to-end supply chain operations inclusive of procurement across warehousing, distribution, resources, materials etc
- Perform Slow and Obsolete material reporting, analysis and task coordination to ensure effective material management
- Independently work with external partners to identify, recommend, reposition or return inventory to drive efficiencies
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams including procurement, logistics, finance, and demand planning to gather and provide data-driven recommendations for supply chain optimization
- Utilise advanced analytics tools to drive accurate category stock on hand reporting, stocktake activities & reconcile material positions to ensure accuracy and integrity and aide in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analysis
- Drive reconciliation process improvement and problem-solving activities
- Provide support to the Supply team on initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures and ensure a safe work environment at all times

What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualifications in supply chain, finance or a relevant analytic field
- Advanced excel skills with ability to compare large data sets and reports and confidently utilise vlookup, pivot table, and index functions
- Advanced ERP systems experience, Oracle highly regarded
- Solid understanding of inventory reconciliation with demonstrated ability to identify gaps in IRA (Inventory Reconciliation Accuracy) across all functions inbound/outbound/utilisation etc
- Previous experience in analytical supply chain or logistics roles with a sound understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Inventory management experience with acute understanding of inventory optimisation
- Proficient across Microsoft suite
- Solutions oriented mindset with strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills and ability to communicate improvements to key stakeholders effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with telecommunications products/services and related supply chain challenges is highly advantageous but not essential
