Are you an experienced Sales Manager in the Hire Industry looking for your next role, or have you been a 2IC and looking for the next step to a Sales Managers position. Then this is a role you cant look past Your passion for sales and a strong interest in developing the team around you is paramount to the success of the applicant.

Joining a reputable National brand in Hire, you will be responsible for building market share and driving revenue by developing new business.

Other key duties will include but not limited too:

- Establish yourself as an industry client solution partner
- Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis
- Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Spend time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships

To be successful in the role you will need the following:

- Previous experience, ideally 2+ years, in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence and negotiation
- Experience within the Hire industry or another industry similar is highly advantageous
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Strong commercial acumen
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate and resolve conflict
- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work
- Experience building strong sales teams through leadership, coaching and mentoring driving sales
- Current and valid Driver's License

**Hours of work: 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday**
