The Patient Costing Lead will have a portfolio with the division of Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care and will co‑ordinate and provide data collection, collation, modelling, and analysis. The role will manage projects, provide information, education and training to key divisional stakeholders in regards to Casemix and costing, and participate in patient costing related activity and data production, including quality assurance activities for the Division on Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care.

**About the Role**:
As the Patient Costing Rehabilitation, your duties may include:

- Leading, developing and fostering a RAP positive work culture which is based on SA Health's values and promotes customer service, learning and development, safety, and welfare of employees, acknowledges differences and encourages creativity and innovation.
- Building on RAP patient costing capacity through providing educational support/ training to staff both within and external to patient costing.
- Coordinating the collection of RAP data, analysing data, investigating anomalies, collate source documentation and verifying data with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring that RAP data required for patient costing is provided as specified by the Australian Hospital Patient Costing Standards and in accordance with SA Health's policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Extensive experience in Casemix analysis and the timely provision of Casemix data.
- Skills in collection, collation, analysing and interpreting data, communicating the information concisely and accurately, in either verbal or written format to accommodate the key stakeholder audience.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing large volumes of data, conducting benchmarking analysis and providing concise written reports and briefings.
