- Attractive hourly rate of $60.26 per hour including casual loading plus 10.5% superannuation.
- Located in Canberra ACT.
- Start date is ASAP for an initial 12-months assignment plus possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
- 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.

**About the role**

The Reporting Officer is an important team membership position within the Agency and will support the team to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The position will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within the various functions. The position will exercise sound decision-making and judgement to produce high level reporting and planning advice and operational support.

**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Contributing to Corporate Plan reporting processes for Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reports and other reporting activities as required.
- Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports and ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks.
- Assisting in the development of the Agency annual work plan and Corporate Plan strategy.
- Providing local reporting requirement advice and support to business areas.
- Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.
- Assist in maintaining the Agency work plan.

**About you**
- You must be able to demonstrate your ability to produce accurate reports and provide reporting requirement advice to business areas.
- Have strong MS Office skills and attention to detail to produce documents.
- Be able to demonstrate skills in Planning and coordinating.
- You MUST be an **Australian Citizen **for this role.
- Be able to pass a National Police and Working With Children Check
