- Jewish Care Victoria, a not-for-profit organisation, is the largest provider of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria. Services include Aged Residential Care, Assessment Referral and Individual Support Services, Community Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, Youth and Family Services and Holocaust Survivors Programs. - The Quality Business Partner role will play a significant part in ensuring high quality care and support is delivered to all residents/clients and families within Aged Care Services across Jewish Care.
- The purpose of the role is to also collaborate and partner with Jewish Care Victoria leaders to support the delivery of the Clinical Governance Framework across all services in the organisation.
- As a member of the Clinical Governance, Risk and Experience Directorate, the Quality Business Partner will work with other members of the Clinical Governance, Risk and Experience Team to progress the work of the Directorate generally.**What you will do**
- Actively participates in quality activities and ensures completion in a timely manner
- Maintains quality systems across all areas of the Aged Care Directorate to a high standard on an ongoing basis and ensures that monthly data analysis and reports are completed in a timely manner each month
- Monitors that audit schedules are followed, gaps or issues are identified and a continuous improvement approach is used to address desired outcomes
- Ensures that Aged Care homes and community services are compliant with the standards and associated outcomes as mandated by the Commission
- Promotes and supports a culture of improvement in all services within the organisation and specifically aged care services
- Ensures that staff and resident/client/family surveys are conducted according to agreed time frames to enable monitoring of consumer experience
- Provides necessary education, training, coaching and support to enable utilisation of clinical governance systems across the organisation
- Attends and participates in meetings, planning and implementation forums and conferences as relevant to the role
- Participates in designated Clinical Governance Portfolio activities as determined by the Director Clinical Governance, Risk and Experience

**You will have**
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management role within the Aged Care Sector with a successful and proven track record
- Proven experience in delivering quality outcomes on time and to a high-quality standard
- Proven experience in developing and delivering quality reports including analysis of data
- Demonstrated experience in building staff capability through the development and delivery of training programs or clinical forums
- Demonstrated project management and implementation experience with proven ability to creatively problem solve and think strategically
- Demonstrated experience to work effectively with mínimal supervision, self-manage and contribute constructively to a small high performing team
- An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, and manage competing priorities
