**The Opportunity**

We have a client who is looking for a HR administrator to join their team in Windsor Our Client is all about their people, they work together with teams to provide fantastic outcomes for indigenous Australians and their families.

Our client is a non profit organisation, they are offering some fantastic salary packaging to their staff members

**Key Duties**
- HR Service Delivery - Coordination of HR Function:

- Monitor, manage and respond to HR enquiries in designated HR mailboxes as and when required
- Assist in the drafting and development of employee variations and employment agreements
- Manage the HR operations filing system
- Undertake project work and activities as assigned by the HR Operations Manager
- HR Information Management System and Process Maintenance:
**What you will bring**
- Works well in a team and collaborative environment
- 3 Years experience in HR
- knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and protocols
- strong administrative skills
- a real people person, great effective communication
