This role is a hybrid role with flexibility for you to choose to work from home or from offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

**The role**
In this role that sits within the Business Development and Partnerships division of Amplar Health, you will be responsible for coordinating tenders and proposals across Amplar Health.

You will be actively involved in project managing the bid process while also having a key role in content sourcing, compilation and editing to develop compelling submission documents.

Where you can add value
- Support end to end bid processes, including bid/no bid, kick off, content allocation and management, document editing and formatting
- Manage a central library of all past responses and continually improve knowledge management practices, with agreed, accessible content available for future use
- Review and improve efficiency and relevance of the bid development process to meet the needs of internal and external clients
- Act as central quality control point for all tenders and proposals
- Report on the status of tenders and proposals under development, success rates and contracts under negotiation.

**What you can bring?**
You have strong communication and business writing skills.

You have experience in tender and proposal management, ideally including knowledge of government procurement processes.

You can demonstrate successful management of commercial processes/projects with multiple stakeholders.

You have experience supporting commercial teams and working in a sales environment with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).

You have experience producing high quality submission documents, including content, structure and formatting, with strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
