**Skills and Experience required**
- A PhD degree or similar postgraduate qualification in the field of New Testament Studies
- Have knowledge in Greek language and New Testament Theology
- Desirable with Theology teaching experience
- English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) language proficiency

**Your Role**

Prepare and deliver lectures in the area of Greek language and New Testament studies, main duties may include:

- Develop the existing curriculum in the area of Greek language and New Testament studies according to the requirement of Australian College of Theology
- Ensure the quality assurance procedure is in line with Australian College of Theology in the area of Greek language and New Testament studies
- Lecture in the area of New Testament and such areas from time to time as determined by the Academic Dean
- Actively participate in the research community of Australian College of Theology
- Supervise students’ research in the area of Greek language and New Testament studies
- Deliver special seminars and talks to the wider Chinese Christian community in the area of Greek language and New Testament studies
- Carry out some administrative work and involve in a pastoral role with students designated by the Principal
- Carry out some public relations activities and other responsibilities at the direction of the Principal

**What we offer**
- 4 years full-time position, 38 hours per week
- Total remuneration package $121,363.28, including fringe allowance, car allowance, technology allowance, manse allowance and 16.5% employer’s super contributions

**Salary**: $121,363.28 per year
