As an Organisational Enablement Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Organisational Enablement team, responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, designing, and delivering leadership, culture, and capability initiatives. Your efforts will support an engaged, high-performing workforce and drive a culture centered on our people. Join us and help shape a vibrant, people-focused culture at Uniting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Program Delivery**: Manage and deliver organisational enablement programs focusing on enterprise-wide talent management, capability frameworks, and skills mapping.
- **Program Development & Implementation**: Support the creation and implementation of various organisational enablement programs to achieve the People Experience plan.
- **Capability & Talent Measurement**: Design and deploy processes and tools to measure capability and talent, interpret data, and communicate insights.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with the People Experience Plan.
- **Communication Development**: Create and deliver communications that support Organisational Enablement programs and **initiatives.**:

- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors.
- **Evidence-Based Design**: Utilise best practices and evidence-based research to inform the design of organisational enablement content and programs.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in areas such as human resources, psychology, organisational learning and development, or communication.
- At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or organisational development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and effective communications for various audiences.
- Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings to inform decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Specialist Experience: Previous experience in an Organisational Development Specialist role.
- Framework Expertise: Experience in designing, developing, or implementing capability and competency frameworks.
