About the EPMO

The EPMO is responsible providing effective governance over the Bank’s strategic investment portfolio. Our objectives are to strengthen project management practices, provide assurance and oversight across the Bank’s portfolio and guide improved project governance and delivery. We help with the evaluation, prioritisation, and ongoing monitoring of the Bank’s project portfolio. We also provide guidance, decision making and support to the Investment Committee (chaired by the Deputy Governor).

The Manager, Enterprise Portfolio is accountable for owning and improving the Project Management Framework and engaging with the Project Community and key stakeholders to improve project delivery. They are also required to develop a deep understanding of status and systemic risks across the Bank’s Portfolio to inform portfolio prioritisation and investment decision making. This is an exciting role that has a high level of visibility and profile across the Bank.

Your Responsibilities- Provide leadership for the delivery of the Bank’s enterprise portfolio of programs and projects.- Facilitate the evaluation and prioritisation of the project portfolio by the Bank’s Investment Committee.-
- Present analysis and thematic insights from programs and projects to inform the Bank’s Executive team.- Support strategic planning processes and ensure visibility of a multi-year roadmap of programs and projects.- Partner with Business, Technology and Finance stakeholders to review new Business Cases prior to submission to the Investment Committee.- Manage internal and external relationships, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to ensure effective enterprise portfolio management.- Enable and recognise workforce performance in a way that motivates individuals and encourages continuous improvement.

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a focus on outcomes, responsiveness and a flare for taking stakeholders on the journey. The role will require you to be a proactive self-starter with strong leadership and organisational skills.

To be successful you should have:
- Extensive experience in managing enterprise portfolios, programs and projects.- Experience in delivering medium to complex programmes or projects across an enterprise.-
- Experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver business outcomes and continuous improvements.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written).- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
