**The Opportunity**:
Our exciting growth has created a position for a highly motivated and results-oriented People Officer to join our vibrant team on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE with flexible hours). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, collaborating closely with your colleagues from People function, and contributing to the success of our organization.

This diverse role will give you the opportunity to participate in a broad range of people related activities including but not limited to:

- Onboarding, cross boarding and offboarding
- Graduate and early career programs
- Administrative assistance to the Talent acquisition team
- HR systems, processes, and reporting
- Coordination and admin support to the wider People function

**About You**:
In addition to a suitable tertiary qualification and understanding of contemporary human resource practice and legislation you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative and/or coordination role, providing high-level support within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Initiative and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills
- A strong willingness to continually learn about human resources, the business and emerging trends across HR & Energy
- Experience in SAP / Success Factors would be advantageous
