As a Counter Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth. **About the role**

Provide feedback that inspires and develops the team to deliver sales growth and rankings.

Lead from the front, setting the stellar example of a client-centric, luxury lifestyle mindset.

Raise service standards by fostering a culture of exceptional customer care and a supportive management presence.

Achieve your own sales targets to motivate consultants.

Ensure consultants maintain proper client data and adhere to CRM policies.

A background of success in the luxury retail industry.

Proven ability to manage a team through your expertise and passion, coaching, motivating, and guiding team members to exceed goals.

A results-driven mindset focused on achieving and surpassing KPIs.

A commitment to creating outstanding client experiences through service excellence.

Experience building trust and credibility with high-end customers with exceptional and professional communication skills.

A passion for beauty products and an interest in skincare.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
