Purpose of the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Aesop Counter in Myer Pitt Street, you will be working closely with your Team and Counter Manager in a high profile space, situated in the heart of Sydney CBD.

This opportunity will see the successful candidate work closely with their Team and Manager to identify key areas of opportunity for their Counter as well as ensure operations and stakeholder management is adhered too.

What we are looking for

Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment, Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment, History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment, Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships, Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives, Strong communication, problem-solving and merchandising skills.
