Due to successful growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our highly regarded Workplace Solutions
Team. We are looking for a strong team player to help assist with the management of client relationships to
mitigate workplace risk and minimise Workers’ Compensation premiums.
This would suit someone who has previously worked in a Worker’s Compensation/Injury management/Claims
management role/s and is looking to progress their career and be a direct extension of our clients. We are looking
for someone with a positive outlook and who wants to be part of our collaborative, supportive, and social team.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Provide support on a broad portfolio of clients and aim to reduce the frequency and severity of claims and
advocate on behalf of clients with Insurers, regulators, and service providers.
- Retention of an existing portfolio by providing high-quality service and advice in an efficient, professional,
and compliant manner
- Assisting with pursuing of new business in conjunction with the team and senior staff members.
- Identify and assess key injury trends, risk exposures, and opportunities for improved performance
- Develop and maintain a high degree of technical knowledge in order to perform duties effectively.
**About you -**
Allied health qualifications or qualifications from a relevant field
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in either injury management, or Workers Compensation
- Worksafe/SIRA accredited RTW qualification
- Ability to effectively lead the coordination of workers compensation claims management processes and
early intervention strategies
- Understanding of relevant Workers Compensation legislative obligations
- Ability to multitask and communicate with many stakeholders
- Empathy and strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously to achieve required outcomes within required time frames
