- Previous Data Entry Experience

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
- Have excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Drivers Licence and own transport
- At least two contactable references

**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Respond via phone to customer queries and complaints
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Schedule appointments effectively and efficiently for the business
- Data Entry
- Effectively manage face to face and/or over the phone client contact
- Perform general administration tasks i.e. creating and sending client letters etc
- Produce reports as and when requested to manage results.
