**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a key member of our** St Marys **HIS store, our Retail Sales Team Members are required to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco therefore a willingness to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems is paramount. In this role, you will roll up your sleeves to provide support on checkouts and the trade desk.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Over the counter and telephone (inbound) sales
- Supporting and resolving customer queries and issues
- Store merchandising, stock control, inventory and purchasing support
- Cash balancing
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in Sales or Retail with proven Selling skills preferred
- Willingness to be forklift trained
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous and able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst Selling experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that sets you apart

**This is a casual opportunity working approximately 3 days per week with a requirement to increased hours during busy periods and provide support on occasional weekends.**
