This is a national Workforce Planning Manager role with an unparalleled sense of purpose

Lead the development of workforce planning strategies including the provision of workforce analytics and reporting to improve performance, address workforce challenges, facilitate staff mobility and support business decision making.

You will work in partnership with Adecco and one of our high profile Federal Government Clients.

**Description**

As our Workforce Planning Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Identify, create and implement strategy to proactively support the future workforce needs of the client in response to specific targets and goals.
- Establish and communicate a national, strategic approach to Workforce Planning, including requirements around key stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with the client to understand strategic priorities and growth trajectories, understanding the impact on targets and the required recruitment support to achieve this.
- Collaborate with function leads to strategically plan for the future requirements, determining recruitment resource requirements, technology capability, and wider workforce support to enable success for the client.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the current recruitment objectives for the client, working closely with the Workforce Delivery team, so that strategic plans for future workforce planning consider transition from the current state.
- Analyse and assess future horizon for growth, building workforce plans to support this.
- Make accurate recommendations on workforce planning actions to Adecco and the client.
- Lead a high performing team of Workforce Planning Analysts and Reporters to enable success now and into the future.
- Lead, coach, and develop leads to ensure delivery excellence and exceptional management performance
- Develop leadership capability, ensuring a strong talent pipeline is maintained for key roles.
- Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of the client and the Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.
