**Permenant Part time, 64 hours and casual roles**
**Summary of the role**:
- Permanent part time employment - 64 hours per fortnight and casual hours available (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Mercy Palliative Care, Administration, working across Sunshine and Werribee offices
- To be an integral part of the Administrative team, contributing to the provision of high quality are for patients and families of the Mercy Palliative Care Program in the community
- Being part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.
- _**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experienced and well developed administrative and office skills
- MS office skills - advanced in use of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Well-developed telephone etiquette with demonstrated techniques
- Motivated, flexible, extremely reliable.
**ABOUT US**:
Mercy Palliative Care is a community palliative care service operating in the Western region of Melbourne and provides a holistic multidisciplinary approach to palliative care. We provide psychological and spiritual support, caring for people of all ages with life-limiting illnesses in their homes as well as complex symptom management. We currently care for over 500 patients across the region in their own homes.
