**Category 5 Labour Management**

is a locally owned and operated labour hire business, supplying trades, labour and maintenance personnel to various industries. We utilise our extensive experience in all aspects of labour recruitment, human resources, and safety management to get the best outcomes for our clients and our people.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated
**Mechanical Fitters** to join the maintenance team at Middle Swan.

Our client is WA owned company who supplies bricks, pavers and blocks to building and constructions companies.

**About the role**:

- Maintenance and repair of fixed plant equipment
- Inspect, diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance, dismantle and reassemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other components
- Work in a team on new ways to improve highly automated plant
- Ability to show initiative
- Participate in continuous improvement programs
- Strong focus on safety

**Roster**:
7
- **day** and
**night** fortnight rotation roster consist of 12 hours per day as per below:
**_Week 1 :_**:

- 2 Day shifts + 3 Night Shifts_

**_Week 2:_**:

- 2 Day shifts only_

**_Week 3:_**:

- 2 Night Shifts + 3 day shifts_

**_Week 4:_**:

- 2 Night Shifts only_

**To be considered all applicants must have**:

- Australian recognized Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatic systems
- Demonstrated sound problem solving skills and initiative
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical screen
- _A forklift licence or rigging/dogman ticket is not essential, but highly regarded_
