- is a locally owned and operated labour hire business, supplying trades, labour and maintenance personnel to various industries. We utilise our extensive experience in all aspects of labour recruitment, human resources, and safety management to get the best outcomes for our clients and our people._

Join the maintenance team at Middle Swan and play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll be working with a leading WA-owned company that supplies bricks, pavers, and blocks to the construction industry.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance and repair of fixed plant equipment
  • Inspect, diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance, dismantle and reassemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other components
  • Work in a team on new ways to improve highly automated plant
  • Ability to show initiative
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs
  • Strong focus on safety

Two roster patterns available:

  • Monday
  • Friday 6am2pm(overtime available)
  • 7day fortnight continuous day and night shift rotation 12hour shifts

To be considered all applicants must have:

  • Australian recognized Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
  • Valid WA drivers licence
  • White Card
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatic systems
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and initiative
  • Ability to pass a preemployment medical screening and ongoing Drug and Alcohol testing
- _Forklift license or rigging/dogman ticket (not essential but highly regarded)_
