We are currently seeking experienced and motivated

Mechanical Fitters to work for our client in Brick manufacturing plant located in Middle Swan.

About the role:

  • Maintenance and repair of fixed plant equipment
  • Inspect, diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance and dismantle and reassemble Hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other components.
  • Ability to work in a Team as well as individually
  • Show initiative work attitude
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement programs
  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and safe work practices

The successful applicants must have:

  • Relevant trade qualification along with post trade experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment
  • Full working Rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated understanding of hydraulics and pneumatic systems
  • Demonstrated sound problem solving skills and Initiative
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to Pass Preemployment medical
- _A LF Forklift licence or Rigging/Dogman ticket is not essential but would be highly regarded_
