**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

This full-time opportunity exists for a Direct Sales Account Manager with strong attention to detail and drive to join our Direct Sales team based in Marleston, Adelaide. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and providing them with an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Direct Sales & Schools Manager, the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Achieving monthly sales targets through the sourcing of leads and product sales within a specific geographic area to promote brand awareness.
- Engaging with clients to form strong relationships to generate future business
- Liaise with educators and product managers to provide relevant product information and educational knowledge to customers

**We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience**:

- Hairdressing qualification
- Proven negotiation and selling skills
- Strong experience providing customer service face to face and online
- Well developed organisational skills with an attention detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment, and is a fast learner with a calm and positive influence
