We have an exciting opportunity in the Clinical Applications Services team for a Product Lead - Ambulance Clinical Systems (ACS) - Telephony.
Reporting into the Associate Director of Clinical Application Services you will be responsible for defining and ensuring delivery of the NSW Ambulance Telephony and Control Centre related products, services, platforms and capabilities including Genesys phone system deployed in Control Centres, Call delivery Grade of Service reporting, Voice call recording, and associated interfaces. The role will work as part of a shared leadership model and will be responsible for identifying, documenting, prioritising and communicating the work that the control centre analysts and technical services teams will deliver based on business demands.

**What you will do**
As an integral member of the Clinical Applications Services team, you will:
- Lead and own all elements of the product lifecycle for Ambulance Telephony services, including customer demand, feedback, roadmap planning and prioritisation, development, continuous improvement, knowledge and any other related dependencies.
- Manage the build, edit and maintenance of the product backlog, which encompasses all epics, features, user stories and defects, and considers input from stakeholders.
- Manage and engage with stakeholders and develop relationships with customers, vendors and business and infrastructure teams to ensure the product backlog aligns with the product strategy.
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Demonstrated experience and a record of achievement managing a product lifecycle and leading multidisciplinary teams in a large and complex Ambulance and Clinical ICT service environments, including relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise and extensive knowledge of Genesys telephony products (software and hardware) and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources in clear concise language through discussion, presentations and briefs.
