**We’re seeking a customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Austral Masonry® Retail Centre in Osborne Park, WA.**

**The Role**

Reporting to the West Australia Retail Centre Manager, this position is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and helping clients purchase the products that suit their needs and preferences.**Duties include but are not limited to**
- Autonomously manage our warehouse retail store;
- Meet sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with the customer base;
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service, including taking and processing phone orders, assisting customers with product selections and samples, and cash sales;
- Load products orders for pick up customers;
- General upkeep of the Retail Centre; and
- Ensure you and your colleagues work in a safe manner and maintain and support the organisations WHS procedures.

- The desire to work in retail and establish a career path in sales with Austral Masonry.
- A strong personal commitment to working safely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent phone manner.
- A current driver's licence.
- A current valid forklift license preferred (training can be provided).
