The Health and Safety Directorate is in an exciting period of expansion and positive change, and we have numerous opportunities available for high performing individuals to join our busy and vibrant team.

**About the role**
- Provide high quality customer service support within a busy contact centre environment,
- Work collaboratively to meet service requirements, team objectives, and build a high performing culture,
- Responds to a high volume of incident notifications, provides advice and coordinates incident response services and support to NSW schools and workplaces.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

We are seeking an individual with a passion for customer service, who has the drive to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet set objectives. Experience working within a Call Centre is desirable but not essential. You will be responsible for the delivery of effective communication in a high-volume, busy environment and will have the ability to meet competing demands.
