**Remuneration**:Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $89,707 to $98,982 plus super and leave loading
**Location**: Based in Parramatta with flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, including work from home options (35-hour week)

**About You/ Role**
Are you ready to make a positive impact and ensure safe working and learning environments? We are currently building a talent pool for future temporary and ongoing opportunities in the Health Safety & Staff Wellbeing directorate.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service support within a busy contact centre environment, responding to complex incidents and coordinating incident response services. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential in ensuring the delivery of timely and efficient services. We’re looking for individuals who possess:

- Empathy and Compassion: Understanding and supporting individuals going through difficult situations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analysing incidents, identifying risks, and finding appropriate solutions.
**Skills and Experience**
- Initiative and Proactive Approach: Proactive mindset, anticipates and resolves issues, takes independent action.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication, effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Call Centre or Critical Incident Experience: Proficient in handling complex incidents, managing notifications, and providing expert advice.
**Essential requirements of the role**
- Working with Children Check for paid employment
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education

- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
