**Your Impact**

You will be responsible for leading the RECA- North (NSW & QLD) sales team to deliver our multi-beverage portfolio strategy and achieve financial targets through a high-performance culture.

You will be accountable for understanding and giving input into the commercial plans through annual and cycle planning, developing and executing an area plan, managing key customers, and building the team’s capability with an emphasis on coaching.

Working with our iconic brands, you will be responsible for the growth across Carlton Dry, Great Northern VB along with Vodka Cruiser, Woodstock Bourbon, Schweppes, Pepsi Max, Gatorade, Cool Ridge and many more

**This role can be based in our Sydney or Brisbane state office, managing our NSW and QLD RECA teams, with some travel as needed.**

**Key Accountabilities**:
Understand the Commercial plan for NSW & QLD and develop an area plan to achieve the financial and execution targets required.
- Build resource plan including reviewing capacity in journey plans to call on new outlet openings and ensuring the call centre is optimised to provide coverage where field visits are not efficient.
- Use the sales tools and processes to deliver results
- Plan and manage contract negotiation and JBPs (where required) with key local customers.
- Ensure customer profiles and BDE activities are maintained in real-time in Salesforce.
- Provide market insights and input into Annual Planning process for Customer & Channel teams.
- Use market and customer knowledge to provide input into state cycle planning & business performance review.
- Build a high-performing team embedding a performance culture through setting clear individual and team goals and holding employees accountable for high standards of execution
- Coach and challenge the team to raise the bar and develop a team culture of sharing learning.

**About you**:

- Significant previous sales experience across field sales and account management in FMCG
- A passion for people leadership and building a highly engaged team
- Understanding and ability to communicate compelling brand, customer strategies, consumer insights to customers and sales teams
- Territory planning and resource optimisation.
- Proven experience coaching, leading and developing a high-performing and remote sales team.
