**As the Director of First Impression you will be responsible for;**
- Welcoming customers into the showroom and talking with customers over the phone.
- Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge
- Liaising with the sales staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
- Communicating with QLD Main Roads and Transports to ensure all vehicles are correctly registered and ready for the customer on time.
- General administration duties
**To be considered for the role, you will have**:
- Experience in a busy workplace with an ability to multi task
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner
- Well-presented corporate attire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable however NOT essential

- Hours of work 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
