About the role:
We have a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to hit the ground running as our Weekend Sales Receptionist.

We believe that if you have the passion for delivering a great customer experience and can draw on previous roles - you are the right person for us Development and mentoring is readily available from our management team and this position is well-guided by our Guest Experience Manager.

This varied role is dedicated to supporting our business growth through unprecedented customer service. So if you love looking after people, thinking on your feet, sharing in positive guest experiences, helping solve problems we would love to hear from you today

Your day-to-day responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- operating and maintaining the phone switchboard.
- greeting our customers in a high volume dealership
- ensuring all mail is distributed correctly
- ensuring customer waiting areas are kept neat and tidy
- general administration tasks

To suit this role, the successful applicant will:

- Be able to multitask and provide strong support to all departments within our business

- The role is for Saturdays only.
